Research shows that exercise really has the POWER to transform you from a “blue girl” to a “new girl!” It’s simple: Serotonin is a chemical in your brain that controls your moods. Movin’ around stirs up those serotonin levels, putting you in a better mood and feelin’ good (not to mention increasing your body temperature, which puts you in more of a mellow state...nice.) Aside from enjoying your newly buff bod, just think how great you’ll feel about yourself (as well you should, my friend!) When you accomplish all the fitness challenges you’ve set out for yourself (try to exercise 3-5 times a week, por favor) your self-confidence will go sky-high! So, MOVE IT-MOVE IT-MOVE IT!!
